Corresponding to Diverse Values

Along with dramatic environmental changes, the nationality, values, and lifestyles of O-Soft employees and their families are becoming increasingly diverse. At O-Soft, diversity management that reflects diverse values is considered an important requirement to win in business competition. Therefore, we are making proactive efforts in various ways to capitalize on our diverse human resources who have diverse values, regardless of nationality, race, age, gender, disability, culture, and career.

For engineers working at O-Soft who are not Japanese nationals, we have implemented solid follow-up programs for smooth communication, such as discussions in Japanese, Japanese language classes via e-mail, and a mentoring system assigning a Japanese mentor for each non-Japanese engineer. Even for their private lives, we endeavor to eliminate their bewilderment as much as possible, so that each of them can work with a sense of security. On the other hand, Japanese employees are encouraged to proactively learn foreign languages. We believe that greater strength can be developed through understanding, cooperation, and synergy between employees with different backgrounds.
